The postholder will be required to travel on an ad-hoc basis, ie. to career events. Successful candidates will be required to have an standard DBS check prior to commencing employment.

Main Responsibility

As the Resourcing Manager at Eden Futures, you will play a crucial role in leading our recruitment strategy and team, ensuring we attract and retain the best talent to continue providing exceptional support and care. Reporting to the Head of HR, you will lead a team of three Internal Recruiters and a Recruitment Administrator, making this role essential in shaping the future of our workforce.

  • Delivering innovative and effective recruitment strategies on time and within budget, taking a proactive approach in a competitive sector
  • Leading and motivating a team of Recruiters
  • Developing efficient recruitment practices and processes.
  • Analysing recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and measure success.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to accurately identify and fulfil vacancy requirements.
  • Enhancing the candidate experience from first contact to onboarding.
  • Promoting and enhancing our employer brand across social media channels.
  • Ensuring a focus on quality of hire as well as speed of delivery in all vacancies.
  • Providing guidance and training on recruitment best practices and selection techniques.
  • Managing our contract with Adecco, our third-party supplier of all compliance aspects with new recruits.

The Ideal Candidate

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Resourcing Manager who shares our values and is committed to making a difference. The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Knowledge of the Health and Social Care sector and its unique workforce challenges (Desirable)
  • Proven experience in high volume, multi-location hiring.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills with a track record of motivating and inspiring teams.
  • The ability to analyse data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Effective business partnering skills, with experience working with multiple stakeholders.
